Activity Framework

This is a framework that I create based on the activities and what I base myself towards. I have a lot of hobbies, and then passions too, but it is good to have frameworks for all of these things, organisation, values and activities. In terms of this “high value man” framework, I wrote this in a diary entry a few years back when I went on holiday to Italy. It encompasses 7 key things, and I like to stick to 7, to not make things too complicated.

1 Cleanliness/ Self-Organisation

  • Clean sheets
  • Clean workspace
  • Keep all items cleaned (wipes, spray)
  • Clean/ Maintain clothes + equipment
  • Look after possessions and keep them within a respective place
  • Smell (deodorant + perfume)
  • Make sure clothes and possessions smell good
  • Social Media
    • Reply, post then delete – avoid mindless scrolling
    • Create anonymous account and then search for self-improvement only
  • Music
    • Classical music playlists – working
    • Gym playlist
    • Walk playlist (always good to go for walks)
  • Keeping up with sports
    • Tennis – ATP
    • Cricket – Cricinfo
    • Boxing –
    • F1
    • Football
    • Rugby
    • MMA –
  • Shower Routine (Cold Shower – 5 min, all washing up)

Morning Routine (5:30)

  1. Skincare
  2. Brush teeth with electric toothbrush
  3. Exercise
  4. Read 20 minutes
  5. Athletic Greens Shake
  6. Tablets Multivitamin + brainzyme

Night Routine (10:30)

  1. Skincare
  2. Read 20/30 minutes
  3. Brush teeth
  4. Melatonin/ Lemborexant
  5. Stretch

Good Etiquette

  • Plan travel trips 3/4 times a year
  • Chess (1/ 2 hours a weekend)
  • Bhagavad Geeta (pray)
  • Drinking (1 beer per social occassion)
